En Michi Shokudo is a restaurant meant not only for hotel guests, but for locals, as well. With features like seating areas opened to the street, the entire restaurant boasts an expansive, open feel. After serving breakfast, the restaurant is opened to the community for lunch, dinner, and drinks, and can even be reserved for private parties.

Start Your Day the Traditional Way, with Onigiri Rice Balls
According to legend, the reason why onigiri rice balls are often triangular is because, when shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune and his attendants stayed in Kawasaki-shuku, they were served onigiri formed into triangles, meant to evoke the hollyhock leaves in the Tokugawa clan crest. Start your day with onigiri made with only the finest ingredients, each carefully shaped by hand.

A Friendly Neighborhood Restaurant, Nourishing Body and Soul Alike
Enjoy a meal featuring your choice of main dish, such as a fried pork cutlet, an iconic symbol of Kawasaki’s history of meat dishes; grilled mackerel marinated in shio-koji, a savory fermented seasoning; or tender steamed chicken, served with a delicious green onion sauce. This main dish is served with miso soup and a vegetable-based side dish, for a delicious meal to enjoy in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
